PRIOR EXPERIENCE Prior to joining Emerald Companies, Mr. Hebert served as Chief Administrative Officer for the Vermilion Parish Sheriff's Office. During his thirteen years, he used his knowledge and experience to expand the sheriff's office in the fields of correctional financing and administration. Before his law enforcement career, Mr. Hebert was an executive in retail management.

EDUCATION Mr. Hebert has attended and graduated from numerous management schools; law enforcement institutions; and computers, accounting and motivational seminars.

CLAY LEE | Chief Executive Officer

EMERALD ACCOMPLISHMENTS As CEO and a principal founder of Emerald Companies, Clay Lee has overseen the development and financial management of a number of correctional and real estate ventures. He serves as principal of Emerald Correctional Management, LLC. Mr. Lee is a member of the National Association of General Contractors, National Association of Home Builders, Construction Specification Institute and American Correctional Association.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE Prior to his affiliation with Emerald, Mr. Lee held senior management positions in the correctional and construction industries for more than 22 years.

EDUCATION Mr. Lee earned a BS degree from Louisiana Tech University.
