Emerald Prison Enterprises' management team has developed correctional industries in the Emerald Correctional facilities and can help you develop a turnkey or joint venture for your correctional facility. Working within your facility's existing vacant space or designing and building free-standing industry space, we will develop the plan that will meet your needs.

We will help you develop either traditional or federally certified industry programs that will be established following ACA accreditation guidelines. Additionally, nationally-recognized, accredited training programs will be designed for the individual trades necessary in your correctional industry's program. All programs developed should require a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) or the ability to obtain either one. We will assist in the hiring of the staff to support your program and we will assist you in training them not only in the needs of the industry but also in compliance with your facility's security guidelines. Work habits and behavior guidelines will be established to closely monitor the workforce to ensure a safe working environment. Safety and security are paramount.

The experience and effectiveness of our management team will help you successfully develop this additional revenue source. The team has more than 70 years' experience in corrections, law enforcement, and sales and marketing, and for the past 16 years the director has been totally involved in correctional industries.
