Emerald Correctional Management was selected as the” Knowledge Provider” for the operation and management of a 1,000 bed medium security facility to be located in Be’er Sheva Israel. This would have been the first privately operated correctional facility in Israel. Following the selection, a Supreme Court Ruling was passed prohibiting the private operation of corrections and detention facilities in Israel.
The Emerald Companies is dedicated to providing the latest solutions in corrections and detention services. Not only has Emerald evolved to provide Solid Secure Solutions to local, state and federal agencies, but has expanded our focus to international clients as well. While we currently do not provide international services through our three operating divisions, Emerald has participated in discussions and competitive opportunities for a full spectrum of services and looks forward to future discussions and opportunities.
